1lbground pork
½cupItalian breadcrumbs
⅓cupmilk
¼cuponion,diced
½tspgarlic powder
1tspItalian seasoning
1egg
¼cupparsley,chopped
¼cupparmesan,shredded
salt and pepper,to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, egg, parsley, parmesan, salt, and pepper until just combined.
Shape the mixture into 48 meatballs, at approximately 1½ tablespoons each.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve over pasta or as appetizers, and enjoy!
