Ingredients
1tbspbutter,melted
1large egg
2tbspbrown sugar,or white
1tbsphoney,or agave nectar
½tspvanilla
pinchcinnamon
½cuppecans,chopped
15mini phyllo shells,1 box
Preparation
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except pecans. Mix well. Add in the chopped pecans, and stir until combined.
Arrange mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet. Fill mini shells with one rounded teaspoon of pecan mixture.
Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool before serving.
