1¾cupsboiling water
2tbspbutter
1tspsalt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Pour the rice, water, butter, and salt into a 2-quart baking dish, then stir. Cover tightly.
Bake for 22 to 27 minutes until the water is absorbed.
Rest for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork, serve, and enjoy!
