Ingredients

1pear

¼cuplow-fat cream cheese

¼cupblue cheese,crumbled

½tspmilk

handful of walnuts

Preparation

Use the knife to slice the cored pear on the cutting board into disks about 1⁄4-inch thick.

Combine the cheeses and the milk in the mixing bowl. Stir with the spoon until well blended.

Spread the mixture on the pear slices.

Sprinkle the walnuts on top of the cheese.
