Ingredients

1lbsshrimp,deveined but peel on (16-20 count)

3tbspolive oil

2tspkosher salt

½tspcoarse ground black pepper

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a large bowl, toss shrimp with oil, salt and pepper.

Place shrimp in single layer on baking sheet.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until just pink.
