Ingredients
6chicken thighsbone in and skin on
¼cupsake
¼cupsugar
½cupmirin
½cuplite soy sauce
2tbspgarlicminced
1tbspgingerminced
onionsgreen for garnish, optional
sesame seedsfor garnish, optional
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a 6-quart slow cooker and arrange the chicken skin side up.
Cook on High for 4 to 5 hours or on Low for 7 to 8 hours.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
