Ingredients
½cuphemp seeds
¼cupnutritional yeast
½tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
¼tspfine sea salt,to taste
Preparation
Simply stir together the hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt in a bowl or jar until they are evenly dispersed.
Taste, and add more salt for a more intense flavor.
Sprinkle over favorite meals, and enjoy!
