Ingredients

¼ozQuick Rise Yeast,(1 package)

1tbspsugar

¾cupwarm water,(110 degrees F to 115 degrees F)

3cupsbiscuit mix,baking mix

Preparation

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Stir in biscuit mix and turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic.

Divide and shape dough into 24 small balls. Place on greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes until doubled.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 14 minutes, until golden brown.
