Ingredients

½ cup macadamia nuts, roasted

1 tbsp cocoa powder, divided

2 tsp instant espresso powder

⅓ cup strong coffee, cold

¾ cup milk, cold

1 cup coffee-flavored ice cream, or chocolate-flavored ice cream or yogurt

1 tbsp chocolate syrup, or coffee syrup

½ cup ice cubes

½ tsp macadamia nuts, crushed

Preparation

Add all your ingredients in a blender but reserve ½ tablespoon of cocoa powder for garnish and blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a glass of your choice and stop just before the smoothie reaches the top of the glass.

Sprinkle the top with cocoa powder and crushed macadamia nuts.
