Ingredients

6-8 potatoes

1 pkg. peas, frozen

1 cup chicken and mushroom soup

1 cup cream of mushroom soup

onion powder , or 1 onion

salt

pepper

Velveeta cheese

ham , or sausage

Preparation

Clean, peel and slice potatoes.

On bottom of crock pot salt, pepper and onion powder for taste.

Layer half of potatoes then half pkg of peas, then ham or sausage.

Slice Velveeta cheese and cover layer.

Pour soup and salt and pepper and onion powder to taste.

Repeat layers and cook in crock pot for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
