2ozpear nectar
½tbspfresh thyme leaf
4ozprosecco
lemon juice
sugar
Preparation
Dip the rim of the champagne glass in lemon juice and directly dip into sugar.
In the champagne glass, add the pear nectar and thyme leaves, and top with champagne.
