Ingredients
1lbspaghetti
¾longenglish cucumberdiced
1pintgrape tomatoeshalved
½green bell pepperdiced
¼cupsliced pitted olives
⅓cupfeta cheesecubed
¼ cupred oniondiced
1tbspFresh Parsley
1cupbottled Greek vinaigrette dressing
¼cupred wine vinegar
⅓cupolive oil
½tspgarlic powder
1tsporegano
Preparation
Whisk together dressing ingredients and set aside.
Cook spaghetti al dente according to package directions. Rinse under cold water.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
