2garlic cloves,minced

3tbsplime juice,fresh

1tspcumin

pinch of red pepper flakes,crushed

15ozblack beans,canned, rinsed, drained

1cupchickpeas,canned, rinsed, drained

1cupcherry tomatoes,halved

¼cupred onion,minced, finely diced

¼cupcilantro,chopped

1medium avocado,diced

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the garlic, lime juice, oil, cumin, crushed red pepper, and salt.

Add the black beans, chickpeas, tomato, onion, and cilantro. Mix well.

When ready to eat, gently mix in the avocado and serve right away.
