Ingredients
1 lb boneless beef , for stew, cut into ½-inch pieces
1 lb pork meat , for stew, cut into ½-inch pieces
2 cups onion, chopped
½ cup Italian Dressing
16 oz salsa,
½ oz beef broth,
1 tbsp chili powder
15 oz black beans, drained, rinsed
4 cups hot cooked white Rice
Preparation
Brown meat with onions in dressing in Dutch Oven on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Add salsa, broth and chili powder; stir.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
Simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.
Stir in beans; cook, uncovered, 30 minutes.
Serve over the rice.
