Ingredients

2eggs
3tbspsugar
2tbsppowdered milk
1tspvanilla essense
1tbspvegetable Oil
1tbspbutter
Preparation
Cut bread into halves and set aside.
Crack eggs into a bowl and add sugar, milk, vanilla essence and whisk.
Heat vegetable oil and butter in a skillet on low heat. Once the butter is melted, dip bread slices in egg mixture and toast in the skillet until golden brown.
Serve with whipped cream, powdered sugar, and maple syrup.
