Ingredients

4cupsstrawberries

1½cupsblueberries

1½cupsraspberries

7ozfat-free plain yogurt,(1 container) Greek style

2tbspmaple syrup,or honey

almonds,toasted and sliced, optional

Preparation

Divide the strawberries among 6 wine glasses, followed by the blueberries, then raspberries.

Spoon the yogurt on top and drizzle with the maple syrup.

Garnish with the almonds if using and serve. Enjoy!
