Ingredients
2cupsquinoa
1cupheaping blackberries
1cupheaping blueberries
1cupheaping raspberries
1cupbaby spinach
½cupbasil,chopped
½cupGorgonzola cheese
½cupsunflower seeds
2tbspolive oil
2tbsplemon juice
1tbsphoney
pinch salt,or to taste
Preparation
Combine all of the salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients together and toss with salad.
Cover and store for up to 1 week in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
