Ingredients

2cupsraspberries,fresh, divided

3tbspsugar

1½cupsvanilla Greek yogurt

3cupscool whip

1graham crust

Preparation

Combine 1½ cups of raspberries and sugar. Slightly mash (the raspberries should be broken, but not smashed).

In a large bowl, fold together the raspberries, cool whip, and yogurt. Heap into the pie crust.

Freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Remove from the freezer 20 to 25 minutes before serving.

Top with fresh raspberries and serve.
