Ingredients
3tbspsrolled quaker oats
2tbspsmilo
1tbspsugar
½cupwater
1tbspcorn flour
1tbspvegetable oil
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat vegetable oil in a shallow skillet on low heat.
Dollop your batter on like mini pancakes and griddle, just as you would with pancakes.
Serve with powdered sugar, whipped cream, Nutella, syrup, or as is.
