Ingredients
2ozblanco tequila,or agave tequila
1½ozlime juice,fresh
1ozorange juice,fresh
1tspagave nectar,or sweetener, to taste
½cupfrozen strawberries,preferably organic
½cupice cubes
2tspkosher salt
small lime wedge
Preparation
Pour the salt onto a very small plate. Run a small wedge of lime around the upper outer rim of the glass.
Roll the dampened rim into the salt mixture. Set the glass aside, then repeat as necessary.
In a blender, combine the tequila, lime juice, orange juice, agave nectar or sweetener, strawberries, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Taste and add more a bit more agave nectar if necessary, then blend again.
Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses.
Add a few ice cubes to the glasses for a colder drink, serve, and enjoy!
