Ingredients
½ cupsalted butter
2clovesgarlicminced
½ cupcheddar cheeseshredded
¼ cupMonterey jack cheese
¼ cupparmesan cheeseshredded
salt and pepperto taste
10slicesthick white breadregular or sourdough
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Butter one side of the pieces of bread with butter. Place on a baking sheet butter side down.
Combine remaining butter, garlic and cheeses in a food processor. Pulse until mixed.
Spread over the unbuttered side of the bread. Place in the oven on the middle rack and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
