2lbsred potatoes,quartered
¼cupbutter,melted
4garlic cloves,minced
1tspkosher salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Toss the red potatoes, butter, garlic, and salt together in a large bowl.
Place the potato mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dis, then cover with foil.
Bake for about 30 minutes. Remove the foil, mix the potatoes, then bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
