Ingredients

1carrotlarge, peeled and roughly-chopped

¼cuprice vinegar

2tbspavocado oilor olive oil or any mild-flavored cooking oil

1tbspfresh gingerfinely-chopped

1tbsphoneyor maple syrup

1tbspwhite misoshiro

½tspsesame oiltoasted

Kosher salt and black pepperto taste

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, and pulse until completely smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately, or store in a sealed container for up to 1 week.
