Ingredients

1banana,peeled, frozen

½apple,sliced

1orange,peeled, sliced

lemon juice,from 1 lemon

handfuls spinach,2 big handfuls

1tbspfresh ginger,chopped, or to taste

½cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk,or any milk

Preparation

Add the banana, apple, orange, lemon juice, spinach, ginger, and almond milk to the blender.

Blend on high for at least 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.

Serve, and enjoy!
