Ingredients
1½ lb chicken wings, trimmed and with the tips removed
1½ lb potatoes, peeled and chopped
¼ cup Italian dressing
¼ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
parsley, chopped
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Spread out the wings and potatoes onto a baking casserole.
In a bowl combined Italian dressing, parmesan cheese, oregano, dried thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper then coat the wings and potatoes.
Cover the wings and potatoes with foil and bake them in the oven for 30 minutes. Afterward, uncover them and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve. Enjoy!
