Ingredients

1 stick butter

9 cups Rice Krispies

3 tsp. chicken seasoning

1 cup walnuts, chopped

1/2 medium onion, chopped

2 lbs. Cottage cheese, small curd works best

1/2 cup. milk

5 eggs

Preparation

Chop onion and put in measuring cup with butter.

Microwave for 2 minutes to melt butter and cook onion (or you can sauté in a pan).

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Add Rice Krispies last so you can see how dry your mix is.

You can add more Rice Krispies as needed so it won’t be too wet.

Put into any non-stick pan (I use a bundt cake pan so it comes out pretty).

Grease pan, if not Teflon, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until brown on outside and dry inside when you insert a toothpick.

If you use a bundt pan, turn out onto platter while still hot.

Garnish with fresh cranberries, when in season.

It looks beautiful!
