Ingredients

1tbspolive oil

½cupred onion,chopped

20ozground turkey,(93% lean)

salt,to taste

1tbspgarlic,minced

½cuptomato sauce

¼cuplow-sodium chicken broth,(+ 2 tbsp)

1½tsporegano,dried

½tspthyme,dried

½tspground coriander

2tbspfresh lemon juice

8flourtortillas

½cupTzatziki sauce

½English cucumber,diced

2roma tomato,chopped

2cupsromaine lettuce,shredded

½cupfeta,crumbled

Preparation

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add in red onion and saute 2 minutes then add turkey. Season with salt to taste and cook, breaking up and stirring occasionally, until nearly cooked through.

Add garlic and continue to cook until turkey is cooked through. Stir in tomato sauce, chicken broth, oregano, thyme and coriander. Season with salt to taste.

Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer and cook uncovered for about 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce has reduced.

Stir in lemon juice. Serve warm over tortillas with toppings listed.
