Ingredients

½cupplain Greek yogurt,like non-fat

½cupParmesan cheese,freshly-grated

4tbspmilk

1tbspextra-virgin olive oil

2tspanchovy paste

2tspWorcestershire sauce

1garlic clove,pressed or minced

1tspdijon mustard

¼tspsea salt

black pepper,pinch

4tbsplemon juice,fresh

Preparation

Whisk the yogurt, cheese, milk, olive oil, anchovy, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, mustard, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice together until combined and smooth.

Whisk in the lemon juice 1 tablespoon a time at the end, to taste.

Season with additional salt and pepper, if needed.

Add extra milk, if needed, to thin out the dressing to desired consistency.

Serve on a Caesar salad, and enjoy!
