Ingredients
10ozcabbageabout 4 cups, shredded
1cupcarrotsshredded
½cupgreen onionsthinly-sliced
⅔non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1tbsplemon juice
2tbspapple cider vinegar
2tbsphoneywarmed
1tspdijon mustardoptional
¼tspcelery salt
salt and freshly-cracked black pepper
Preparation
Combine the cabbage, carrot and green onions in a large bowl, then toss to combine.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, mustard celery salt, and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined.
Pour the Greek yogurt mixture into the cabbage mixture, then toss until evenly incorporated.
