Ingredients

½cupyogurt,plain or Greek

2cupskale,chopped

1banana

1cuppineapple,chopped

1tbspflax seeds

1cupmilk

honey,optional, to taste

Preparation

Add yogurt, kale, banana, pineapple, flax seeds, and milk to the blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add honey to taste if desired. Serve immediately.
