Ingredients

6 strips bacon

1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp onions, chopped

1 fresh green chili pepper, seeded, chopped

1 garlic clove, peeled, finely chopped

¼ tsp ground cumin

⅛ tsp ground cinnamon

1 avocado, peeled, pitted, sliced

1 tomato, sliced

1 pkg. hamburger bun

Preparation

Cook strips of bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel.

Crumble bacon and mix with ground beef, onion, green chili peppers, garlic, cumin and cinnamon.

Divide into patties and grill to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (well-done).

Serve with sliced avocado and sliced tomato over hamburger buns.
