Ingredients
4chicken breasts
½red bell pepper
½green bell pepper
½red onion
½cupranch dressing
3tbspoil
2clovesgarlic,minced
2½tbsplemon juice,freshly squeezed
¾tspsalt,or to taste
¼tspground pepper,or to taste
Preparation
Cut chicken and vegetables into uniform bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl or freezer bag, combine the marinade ingredients.
Generously coat the chicken and vegetables in the marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.
Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
Grill for 12 to 15 minutes, until the meat, reaches 165 degrees F, turning the skewers during cooking.
