3corn cobsshucked

1tbspolive oil

2cupscherry tomatoeshalved

2green onionssliced

¼cupfeta cheesecrumbled

1tbspfresh basilor parsley, chopped

2tbspolive oil

1tbspwhite balsamic vinegaror white wine vinegar

salt & pepperto taste

chivesor green onions, for garnish

Preparation

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Brush corn with olive oil and grill over medium heat about 10 to 12 minutes turning occasionally. Remove from heat and cool completely.

Remove corn from the cob and toss all ingredients in a large bowl and let sit 15 minutes before serving.
