Ingredients
2lbschicken breasts,or thighs, boneless skinless
¼cuplime juice
½cuphoney
2tbspsoy sauce
1tbspolive oil
2garlic cloves,minced
½cupcilantro,finely chopped
½tspsalt
¼tsppepper
Preparation
Put the chicken in a zip lock bag.
In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Seal the bag and let marinade for 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Grill each side of the chicken for about 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked throughout and no longer pink.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
