Ingredients

4lbschicken thighs,boneless skinless

1cuppineapple juice,unsweetened

½cupsoy sauce

½cupbrown sugar

⅓cupketchup

¼cupchicken broth

2tspfresh ginger root,grated

1½tspgarlic,minced

green onions,sliced, for garnish

Preparation

In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, chicken broth, ginger and garlic. Reserve 1 cup of sauce for basting.

Add the chicken thighs and sauce to a zip lock bag.

Marinate at least 3 hours or overnight.

Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until no longer pink. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade during the last 5 minutes.

Garnish with green onions, serve, and enjoy!
