Ingredients

¼cupsoy sauce

¼cuphoney

2tbspvegetable oil

lime juice,(from 2 lemons)

2tspgarlic,minced

4chicken breasts,boneless, skinless

limes,optional, to garnish

Preparation

Cut the chicken into 1-inch squares.

Mix the soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, and garlic in a small bowl.

Place the chicken breasts in a gallon-sized bag and let marinate in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.

When marinated, slide the chicken chunks on skewers.

If desired, slice thin slices of lime, fold in half, and slide in between chicken.

Baste the chicken with the sauce once placed on the grill.

Grill for 5 to 10 minutes on each side until no longer pink in the center.
