Ingredients

1cupwhole milk plain yogurt

1tbsplemon juice,freshly squeezed

tsppaprika

tspground cumin

8rib lamb chops

1½tspcoarse salt

½tspfreshly ground pepper

mint sprigs,for garnish, optional

Preparation

Combine the yogurt, lemon juice, paprika, and cumin in a small bowl, and set aside in the refrigerator.

Heat the grill to medium heat.

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper, and grill until cooked through.

Serve with the reserved yogurt sauce and mint sprigs if desired.
