4ozpastorelli pizza sauce,(1 package)

1tbspolive oil

¼tspWorld Market granulated garlic

1½cupsmozzarella cheese,shredded

⅓cupArmanino 3 Cheese Blend Grated Cheese

12ozheirloom tomatoes,various colors, sliced thin

fresh basil,for topping

World Market extra virgin olive oil,for drizzling over top

Preparation

Set a rectangular pizza stone over the grill. Preheat a grill over moderately high heat.

Let the pizza stone pre-heat for 30 minutes. The grill should be about 475 to 500 degrees F so reduce the temperature slightly as needed.

During the last few minutes of stone preheating, dust a pizza peel or a rimless cookie sheet with flour and cornmeal.

Stretch and shape the pizza over the floured surface to about a 13×9-inch oval while creating a taller rim around edges.

In a bowl, stir together the granulated garlic and olive oil. Brush over top of the crust, keeping it from dripping down the sides.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over top, leaving rim uncoated, then sprinkle over mozzarella and three-cheese blend. Top with sliced tomatoes.*

Carefully slide pizza from the pizza peel onto the preheated stone. Use another flat object to help coax it from the board.

Close the lid and allow to grill for 6 to 9 minutes until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown on the bottom. Using pizza peel, remove the pizza from the pizza stone.

Top with fresh basil. Cut into slices and drizzle each slice lightly with extra virgin olive oil.

Serve warm. Enjoy!
