Ingredients

3lbsbaby potatoes

1small red onion

2tbspolive oil

½tspgarlic powder

salt and pepperto taste

Preparation

Soak wood skewers for at least 30 minutes, if using.

Wash the potatoes and poke each with a fork a couple of times.

Place potatoes in a pot of water, then bring to a boil and cook 12 to 14 minutes or just until fork tender.

Preheat grill to medium high heat.

Cut the onion into large chunks.

Thread potatoes onto wooden or metal skewers, alternating with onion chunks.

Brush with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Place potatoes on the grill and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp on the outside.

Serve warm with sour cream, and enjoy!
