Ingredients

⅓cupHeinz 57 Sauce,lightly flavored

2tbspbutter,melted

1tspHeinz Worcestershire Sauce

1garlic clove,minced

4salmon fillets,skinless boneless

1granny smith apple,thinly sliced

½cupred onion,very thin sliced

2tsplemon juice

2tspextra virgin olive oil

2tspfresh dill,chopped

¼tspsalt

¼tsppepper

4kaiser rolls

lettuce leaves

Preparation

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Line the grate with perforated non-stick foil.

Combine the 57 sauce with butter, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Brush half of the mixture over the salmon.

Grill the salmon, basting with the remaining sauce, for about 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Toss the apples, onion, and dill with lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper.

Slice rolls in half and toast lightly on the grill.

Place a leaf of lettuce on each halved roll, top with a piece of salmon and equal amounts of slaw. Enjoy!
