Ingredients
1 lb asparagus, fresh
½ lb mushrooms, fresh and sliced
¼ cup olive oil
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
Preheat griller to the highest setting.
In a large bowl, toss asparagus and mushrooms with oil, salt, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
Place on your grill and cook over high heat for 10 minutes until tender.
Serve this along with your grilled proteins done your way and garnish with crispy fried onions if desired.
