Ingredients

1½lbsBrussels sprouts,trimmed, halved lengthwise

4tbspolive oil

1tbsplemon juice

1¼tspkosher salt

¼tspblack pepper

1½tspdried Italian seasoning

1½tspgarlic,minced

1tbspparsley leaves,chopped, plus sprigs for garnish

lemon wedges,for serving, optional

Preparation

Place the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and minced garlic in a large bowl. Whisk until well combined.

Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl, then toss to coat.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Thread the sprouts onto wood or metal skewers.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium high heat.

Cook the skewers for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned and tender.

Place the skewers on a serving plate, or remove the sprouts from the skewers.

Sprinkle with parsley, then garnish with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs.

Serve, and enjoy!
