Ingredients
¼cupHolland House® Sherry Cooking Wine
¼cupmolasses
2tbspsoy sauce
4pork chops,(1-inch thick)
Preparation
In a plastic bowl, combine the sherry, molasses and soy sauce; pour over pork chops.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Prepare the grill. Drain the pork chops.
Grill the pork chops over medium-high heat for 20 to 30 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center, turning once and brushing frequently with marinade. Do not baste during last 5 minutes of grilling. Discard any remaining marinade.
Serve and enjoy.
