Ingredients
8ozswordfish,(4 steaks)
½cupteriyaki sauce
2tbspmargarine,softened
1tspgarlic powder
Preparation
Preheat the outdoor grill for medium heat.
Marinate the swordfish in teriyaki sauce for 5 minutes per side.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill the steaks, basting frequently with melted margarine, for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Season with garlic powder, serve, and enjoy!
