Ingredients
9cupsrice chex cereal
½cupwhite chocolate chips
½cupmilk chocolate chips
½cuppeanut butter,divided
½cupbutter,or margarine, divided
1tspvanilla,divided
1½cupspowdered sugar,divided
1½cupscandy corn
Preparation
Split cereal in half and put 4½ cups in one bowl and 4½ cups in another bowl. Set aside.
In a pan, heat white chocolate chips, ¼ cup of peanut butter, and ¼ cup of butter. Stir frequently until melted. Add ½ teaspoon of vanilla.
Remove from heat and pour over one of the bowls of cereal until evenly coated. Pour into a gallon bag with ¾ cup of powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake until well coated.
Repeat for the chocolate chex.
Pour white chocolate and milk chocolate chex into one bowl. Add candy corns and mix well.
Serve and enjoy!
