Ingredients

2tbspall-purpose flour

½tspsalt

1cuphalf and half

3eggs

2swiss cheese slices

1single crust pie,(9-inch)

½cupfresh spinach,chopped

½cupmushrooms,canned

4.5ozham,(1 can), flaked

½cupcheddar cheese,shredded

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Beat together the flour, salt, half-and-half and eggs in a medium bowl.

Place the Swiss cheese flat in the pie crust. Arrange the spinach evenly over the Swiss cheese, then cover with the mushrooms.

Pour the flour and egg mixture over the mushrooms. Cover with flaked ham, then top with the Cheddar cheese.

Bake in the oven for 45 to 55 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
