5cupsromaine lettuce,chopped

1cuparugula

1boneless skinless chicken breast,cooked and chopped

5slicesbacon,cooked and chopped

2hardboiled eggs,peeled and sliced

2apples,sliced

½butternut squash,cubed and roasted

1avocado,sliced

½cupwalnuts,candied

¼cupfeta cheese,crumbled

¾cupolive oil

¾cupapple cider vinegar

2tbspwater

¼cuphoney

1tspsalt

¼tsppepper

Preparation

In a large bowl add romaine lettuce and arugula. Add chicken, bacon, eggs, apples, butternut squash, and avocado. Toss to mix the ingredients. Top with candied walnuts and feta cheese.

To make the honey apple cider dressing, whisk olive oil, apple cider vinegar, water, honey, salt and pepper. Drizzle over salad.
