vegetable cooking spray
1baghash-brown potatoes
1cupcheddar cheese
2cupssour cream
2cansCampbell’s® Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
1onion
½cupparmesan cheese,grated
ground black pepper
Preparation
Spray a 3-quart shallow baking dish with the cooking spray. Stir all the ingredients in a large bowl and spread the mixture into the baking dish. Cover.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1½ hours or until the potatoes are tender and the top is lightly browned.
