Ingredients
8ozrotini or bow tie pasta
14ozpineapple tidbits,(1 can), juice reserved
1red pepper,diced
2cupsham,diced
1green onion,thinly sliced
½cupmayonnaise or dressing
¼cupsour cream
1tbspdijon mustard
⅓cuppineapple juice
1tspcider vinegar
1tsphoney
¼tspgarlic powder
Black pepper,to taste
Preparation
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and run under cold water.
Whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl gently toss with dressing. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
Store refrigerated up to 5 days.
