Ingredients
2heirloom tomatoes,or half of 4 different-colored heirlooms, cored, thinly sliced
2peaches,ripe, cored, thinly sliced
¼red onion,thinly sliced
¼cupfresh basil,torn
2tbspolive oil
1tbspbalsamic vinegar,or cider vinegar
Preparation
Combine the tomatoes, peaches, and red onion in a bowl, then toss with the basil, olive oil, and vinegar until evenly mixed.
